This month’s car belongs to Dennis Grondin a 1964 Chevelle SS
She was purchased back in December 2005 off of EBay from California. This was an original California car and as far as I can tell she was build in Los Angeles (Van Nuys). She originally had a 283 and the power glide. Since then I’ve installed a 350 290 HP crate motor and a 700 R4. In December 2013 a frame off restoration was completed with help of my friends Mark Freid and Dan Falkos this took 11 ½ months as far as the total hours it was many. It was a lot of work but very rewarding and I can say I restored her not a shop.
